Ingredients/tablet: 100 mg Blueberry - dried fruits - powder (Vaccinium myrtillus L), 75 mg White mulberry - dried leaves - powder (Morus alba L), 50 mg Beans - dried pods - powder (Phaseolus vulgaris), 25 mg Birch - dried leaves - powder (Betula sp.), corn starch, maltodextrin (bulking agents), polyvinylpyrrolidone K30, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (emulsifiers), talc (anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (hardening agent).

Instructions for use:

Depending on the blood sugar level, the dose used varies between 2 and 6 tablets per day:

- 2 tablets: 1 tablet at each main meal (when the blood sugar level is between 120 and 150 mg/dl);

- 4 tablets: 1 tablet for each of the 3 main meals and 1 tablet for the 11 o'clock snack (when the blood sugar level is between 150 and 200 mg/dl);

- 6 tablets: 1 tablet for each of the 3 main meals and for each of the 3 snacks (when the blood glucose level is higher than 200 mg/dl).

The product is a food supplement that does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store at room temperature (15-25°C), away from moisture and light, in the original packaging!
