The food supplement HERPESTOP is intended for people who suffer from the periodic appearance of vesicular eruptions, called herpes, due to infection with the Herpes simplex virus. When the body's self-defense power decreases (for various reasons: stress, sunstroke, fatigue), painful blisters appear in specific areas of the body. The most common locations are: around the mouth, on the lips, around the eyes or around the genitals. Amino acid food supplementation

L-lysine is an effective means of fighting this virus. The effect of lysine is due to its competitiveness with L-arginine, the latter being an essential factor for the development of the virus. At the same time, it is recommended to avoid foods that contain large amounts of arginine: chocolate, hazelnuts, almonds, walnut kernels. The extract from the medicinal plants Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) and Hypericum perforatum (St. John's wort) are recognized for their stimulating effect on the body's immune system.

For the same purpose, propolis (which contains flavonoids), vitamin C and zinc was introduced into the product formula. This food supplement is an effective means to eliminate the unpleasant symptoms caused by the Herpes simplex virus.
