Ideal Protein - description
Ideal Protein is a hyperprotein concentrate with absorption in two speed steps, rich in glutamine and branched chain amino acids (BCAA).
If you only use a protein with slow absorption, you avoid catabolism, but you do not ensure enough amino acids to stimulate anabolism (initial phase). If you only use a fast-absorbing protein, you immediately provide amino acids and stimulate anabolism, but the source is quickly extinguished and you enter catabolism.
It is best to consume a combination of proteins. Studies have shown that clearly superior results are obtained using two types of proteins, one with slow absorption and one with fast absorption.
Ideal Protein - how to use it
If you want spectacular results:
for weight gain: three portions of 40 g, daily, two hours before the three main meals of the day;
for weight loss: two portions a day that replace two of the three main meals of the day.
One portion is obtained by mixing 40 g of "IDEAL PROTEIN" with water. The measure inside the package contains approximately 40 g.
Ideal Protein - ingredient
Soy protein isolate, milk protein concentrate (contains lactose), aspartame (source of phenylalanine) and food flavors.
Ideal Protein - recommendations
Ideal Protein is a hyperprotein concentrate with two-speed absorption. Rich in glutamine and branched chain amino acids (BCAA). The ideal solution for people who want to gain muscle mass, thanks to the formula with two sources of protein: one with fast absorption (soy protein isolate - 75% of the total protein), the other with slow absorption (milk protein concentrate - 25% of total protein). This ensures a continuous flow of amino acids in the blood for 4 - 6 hours.
Contraindications: contraindicated for people allergic to soy and lactose. May contain traces of egg and peanuts.
Note: the product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption. The product is kept in the original packaging, in places away from heat and moisture.
