It is recommended to take 1 capsule/day, with a glass of liquid (mineral water, fruit juice), preferably during or after a meal.
Also called the "anti-hemorrhagic vitamin", vitamin K is necessary for the formation of prothrombin, which helps blood coagulation. It also facilitates the transport of calcium and blood, contributing to its healthy coagulation. A deficiency of this vitamin can cause abnormal bleeding. For the proper functioning of the body an additional intake of vitamin K is recommended.
The richest natural sources of vitamin K are: spinach, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, fennel, parsley, chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, wheat germ, rapeseed oil, olive oil, green tea.
